Montrose Home walkable neighborhood | Pet-friendly

We had an extensive stay at this property and it was great. The house is clean, comfortable, close by to everything you need (grocery stores, restaurants, Medical Center, MDA etc etc). The AC is amazingly good, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. The house is really quiet and the neighborhood is great - nice to walk around, two parks close by. Communication with Sunny was outstanding before and during our visit. We had one small mis-communication but Sunny took care of it quickly, easily, professionally. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vintage home in a prime area surrounded by Montrose and Upper Kirby destinations. Plenty of space, clean, off-street parking, and pet-friendly. Host was prompt with communication and accommodating. Rules were reasonable and check-out was not too demanding. Would rent again. Thank you, Sunny.

Space was very pretty and clean. It was just as described. Also it was very family friendly. Host was kind and responsive. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Felt safe walking my dog in the evening after dark as well.. Property has everything we needed for our weekend stay. I would recommend this house to anyone.

We had a comfortable stay for a full week. The house was super clean and comfortable. It was decorated as though someone once lived there so it felt like a real home. The kitchen was fully stocked so we even prepared a few meals. I would definitely stay here again.

this was such a cute home in the perfect area. the house was clean and the host was responsive. would 10/10 recommend and would absolutely stay again.
